To be considered for a Caregiver position, you will need to meet the following criteria:

​

• Minimum 2 years of verifiable work experience as a caregiver

• Valid identification and work authorization

• Proof of active certifications, if applicable (e.g., CNA, PCA, CPR)

• Demonstrate effective communication with clients, coworkers, and third-parties

• Highly observant, detail-oriented, and possess the ability to think critically

• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job

• Culturally competent with respect to the beliefs and traditions of others

• Reliable transportation

• Proof of automobile liability insurance

• Willing to submit to a criminal background check and drug testing

• Willing to obtain a TB test (or have done so within the past 90 days or less)
