To be considered for a Caregiver position, you will need to meet the following criteria:

Minimum 2 years of verifiable work experience as a caregiver

Valid identification and work authorization
-
Proof of active certifications, if applicable (e.g., CNA, PCA, CPR)
-
Demonstrate effective communication with clients, coworkers, and third-parties
-
Highly observant, detail-oriented, and possess the ability to think critically
-
Ability to meet the physical demands of the job
-
Culturally competent with respect to the beliefs and traditions of others
-
Reliable transportation
-
Proof of automobile liability insurance
-
Willing to submit to a criminal background check and drug testing

Willing to obtain a TB test (or have done so within the past 90 days or less)
Caregivers 24/7 recruits for both the Caregiver and Registered Nurse position on a continuous basis. We also hire caregivers to work on an on-call only basis as part of our Contingency Team.
